1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 30, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In the absence of dispute between the parties to the judgment or according to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the fact that the defendant was supplied goods by the plaintiff on January 10, 2016 while operating the static point with the trade name of "B", but delayed payment of the price. The price of the goods unpaid as of June 10, 2016 applied for the instant payment order was KRW 32 million, but the defendant paid the price of the goods as principal on July 11, 2016 and August 10, 2016, respectively.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 28 million won (=32 million won - 2 million won - 2 million won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 30, 2016 to the date of full payment after the delivery of the payment order in this case.

3. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
