The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. 2. Determination

A. The court below held that ① the Defendant, the victim of the instant car page, resisting that his grade was demoted in the instant car page, and the Defendant reported the victim to 112; ② the Defendant posted the instant car page on the following day to the management office; ② the Defendant: (a) the Defendant was a member with the three warning accumulated; (b) the Defendant was a member with the three warning accumulated; (c) the Defendant was a member with the three warning accumulated; (d) the Defendant was found to have been appointed to the 212 representative; and (c) the instant car page included the fact that the Defendant was delegated to the 212 representative; and (c) the instant car page included the fact that the Defendant was demoted as a member of the instant car page, and explained that the Defendant would be subject to the above act and resign from the demoted member; and (e) the Defendant, the Defendant, as a member of the instant car page, should explain the circumstances or circumstances related to the instant car page.
