1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The plaintiffs' assertion that the defense counsel is required not to distort the truth or make false statements as a fundamental professional ethics (Article 2 of Chapter 1 of the Attorney's Ethical Code). The defendant asserts that the defendant is obligated to pay 30 million won compensation to the plaintiffs as consolation money, as well as to pay 30 million won to the plaintiffs, by submitting false arguments or evidences to the relevant full bench upon delegation of the lawsuit by D, E, F, etc., while conducting the lawsuit as his defense counsel. Although the judgment of the Supreme Court became final and conclusive that the plaintiff A is the representative of the plaintiff B or religious organization, the plaintiff has sustained mental suffering from the plaintiffs by instigating D, etc. who was dissatised by the plaintiff B or religious organization and instigated them to bring about a lawsuit for confirmation of abandonment, respect, etc. against the plaintiffs.

On the basis of the judgment, the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize that the Defendant, who represented D, E, and F, intentionally made a false assertion or submitted false evidence against the Plaintiffs against the truth naturally identified in the previous lawsuit, and that the Defendant instigated D, etc. and aided the Plaintiffs, while being aware of the fact without any factual legal basis, continues to file a lawsuit, etc., and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' assertion that the defendant committed a tort in relation to the plaintiffs is without merit without any need to further examine the different points.

3. The plaintiffs' claim for conclusion is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
