1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs are F's wife, and the rest of the plaintiffs are F's own consciousness. The defendant has access to F's own consciousness, while maintaining the F's relationship with F from around 2005, maintained F's authority or assets related to the above G, transferred F's authority or assets at will, transferred the above G's discretion, and the plaintiffs committed tort, such as moving away from the above G, and opened the above G to H and operated the above G. Thus, the defendant is obliged to pay consolation money for the plaintiffs' mental damage caused by the communication and bad behavior as above.

However, the evidence submitted by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize that the defendant was in transit with F or committed a tort against the plaintiffs, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. Therefore, the above argument by the plaintiffs is without merit.

Therefore, all of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
