The reasoning of the court's explanation on this case is as follows, except for the rejection of each description of Gap evidence Nos. 88 through 111 (including a serial number) which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as evidence added to the court of first instance, and therefore, it is identical to the reasoning of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is cited by applying the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
