1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance. Thus, the fact-finding and judgment by the court of first instance are justified even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance is added to the statements in Gap evidence of 8 to 11 (including each number), which are additionally submitted in the court of first instance.

Therefore, the court's explanation on the instant case is consistent with the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the above evidence which is insufficient to acknowledge the Plaintiff's assertion, and thus, it is cited by applying the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
