A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, by introducing a branch of a person around April 2010, was the victim C(n, 39 years of age) who was blick with the victim since that time.

On July 31, 2013, at around 00:30 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant demanded Samsung Tallon City Samsung Gallon (S2) to cancel the Victim's Samsung Gallon (S2) in his hand, but was rejected from the victim. However, the Defendant refused to return the mobile phone, and made it impossible for the victim to use the mobile phone by receiving the phone from the cell phone or making the phone contact using it.
