Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and for one year and two months, respectively.

However, as to Defendant A, the same shall apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. Defendant B did not deal with clophographs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, because it is not a person dealing with narcotics, but the following philopon was handled.

1) On August 5, 2017, Defendant B: (a) received KRW 400,00 from J in front of the members within the “I” department located in Sungnam-si H; and (b) sold 1g philopon a philopon and sold 1g philopon.

2) On December 2017, Defendant B administered philophones by hanging approximately 0.03g of philophones on the K Spoon vehicle parked in a place not exceeding Hongcheon-gun in Gangwon-do. The Defendant B administered philophones by placing approximately 0.03g of philophones on hand.

B) On January 2018, Defendant B administered philophones by affixing approximately 0.03g of philophones on hand within the foregoing vehicle parked in an inferior place of Hongcheon-gun or lower in Gangwon-do.

3) On January 30, 2018, Defendant B, who had a philophone, was parked in front of Defendant B’s residence located in Hongcheon-gun L, Gangwon-do, by dividing the philophone’s non-fluor into 11 vinyl 1.

B. Defendant B, in violation of the Narcotics Control Act, dealt with marijuana as follows, even though it is prohibited from dealing with it even if it is not a handler of narcotics:

1) Defendant B, around December 2017, smoked marijuana by removing tobacco smokes on the string-road vehicle parked in a place not exceeding Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do, and attaching the smoke to the string in the string-road vehicle and attaching the smoke to the string-out vehicle.

B) Defendant B, at the end of January 2018, parked in a non-permanent place of Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter referred to as the “Sspawn”) and smoked marijuana by removing tobacco smokes on the instant Spawn vehicle and attaching the spawn to the vehicle and drinking it with the spawn of marijuana.

2) Defendant B, who keeps marijuana, is Defendant B in the Hongcheon-gun L around January 30, 2018.
