Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (marijuana);

A. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) was on the street in front of the Dobcheon-si; and (b) was 30 grams of marijuana contained in a certified plastic plastic plastic bag from around B to B at around Dobcheon-si; and (c) was given free of charge a 30g of it.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

B. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 30 grams from C without compensation at the same place as in the preceding paragraph in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph at around 20:00, the date in which the second crime was committed.

On December 2017, the Defendant received approximately 30 grams from C without compensation in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph at the same place as in the first order of 20:0,00, at the same time as in the preceding paragraph.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijuries) - Points of intersections;

A. On March 2018, the Defendant issued D’s delivery to D, within the Defendant’s Swiss car parked in the E branch, 15:00 No. 15:00 on the date of the end of the 2018, 2018, the Defendant offered D with a large amount of marijuana (one-time smoking portion) free of charge.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

At around 13:00 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant issued to I, within the string-type car parked in the above H restaurant parking lot, and I, within the string-type car, sent to I, free of charge, an influent marijuana (per-time smoking portion).

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

(d)

around 15:28 July 12, 2018, the Defendant issued to the first J, within the said Swiss car parked in the said H cafeteria parking lot, the Defendant sent a large amount of marijuana (one-time smoking portion) free of charge to J.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

(e) Type 1 K.
