Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2013, at around 01:58, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.123% of blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant was driving a B-to-purd vehicle at approximately 4 km from the vicinity of the Yacheon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to approximately 337-92.
