Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court on December 12, 2012, and on April 11, 2013, at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court, the Defendant filed a request for a summary order for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On May 4, 2013, at around 23:24, the Defendant driven B EX car while under the influence of alcohol content 0.059% from 176-5 to 337-92, Gangdong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
