Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as the head of the finance team and the head of the tax-free shop sales team for about four years from April 2012 to May 2015 at the meeting hotel in the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, which is operated by the Victim B, and took overall charge of the practical affairs, such as the management of company funds, lease and construction contracts, and the sales of duty-free shops, goods, and business management.

1. The Defendant’s occupational embezzlement of the sales proceeds of duty-free goods presented his passport and the departure aircraft ticket to a duty-free shop by delegation from the number of foreign travels, and raised the sales proceeds of the duty-free goods to a person who purchases the duty-free goods en bloc on behalf of the above travels (large-scale buyers) at the victim’s request, who is not the head of the victim’s company’s passbook, and used part of the sales proceeds of the duty-free goods to be deposited into the head of the defendant’s passbook instead of the head of the victim’s company’s passbook.

On June 29, 2015, the Defendant sold cosmetics, which are duty-free goods, at the second floor office of the above C hotel, and registered 63,289,834 won as cash sales in the Defendant’s foreign exchange bank account (D) and embezzled 62,01,110,000 won among them as part of the sales system (tax-free goods sales system) into the victim’s account in the course of business, and then deposited 1,278,724 won as the difference in personal use from June 29, 2015 to May 2, 2016.

2. The defendant shall serve as the head of the finance team of the victim company in the process of obtaining the deliberation approval, and the representative E of the victim company shall be a company with the approval of the fund disbursement of the company.
