1. Basic facts

A. On September 5, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant to newly construct a building of seven stories above the ground surface of the first floor (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with a personal business entity engaging in a construction business under the trade name of C, and details of the contract are as follows.

2. The place of the construction: D/Seo-gu, Ansan-gu.

3. Date of commencement: 30,000,000 won on February 5, 2015, where the date of initial completion falls: 30,000 won;

7. Advance payment: 20% of the construction amount.

8. A completed portion: 30 to 40% of the construction amount.
