Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for not more than eight months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on August 3, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at Busan Correctional Institution on August 3, 2015.
