A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for violation of road traffic law in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on March 20, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju District Court.

On April 19, 2016, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven a B-type car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 30 meters from the front of the Bodo Island located in the Northern-dong of Gwangju Metropolitan City to the front of the Dong River University located in the vicinity of the Dong River University.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 35 or more of the Criminal Act for aggravated repeated crimes.
