A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On November 13, 2017, the Defendant intruded into a structure and stolen building: (a) entered a password, which was known to the victim’s knowledge of information, in advance, in the restaurant of the operation of the victim in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; (b) entered the restaurant inside the restaurant without permission; and (c) carried 200,000 won in cash belonging to the victim’s possession, which was stored in the delivery bank located therein.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure and stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. On November 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a place prescribed in paragraph (1) at around 18:40 on November 13, 2017; (b) opened a safe in which no correction was made in the said restaurant; and (c) carried approximately KRW 900,000 in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: (a) entered the said restaurant at the location referred to in paragraph (2) at no. 2 at a time, as described in paragraph (2); (b) opened the said restaurant at the wall of the said restaurant with the KB credit card in the name of the victim F, another operator of the said restaurant located on the wall of the said restaurant; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant paid KRW 2,000,000 with the credit card of the victim of H precious metal in the name of HW located in Boyang-gu G at Annyang-gu, Annyang-gu, Annyang-gu, Ann-gu, 170,000 won, excluding

Accordingly, the defendant used lost or stolen credit cards illegally.
