1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 133,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from July 18, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff asserts that, as the cause of the instant claim, the Defendant lent KRW 133,000,000 to 16 times between October 1, 2007 and March 8, 2012. The Defendant is deemed to have led to confession pursuant to Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum from July 18, 2015 to the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint containing a peremptory notice to perform the above loan 133,00,000,000 won, and from the day of complete payment, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay at a rate of 10% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from July 18, 2015
