Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2013, the Defendant, at the office of the K Licensed Real Estate Agent in Yong-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, J. 108, said that “The Defendant, at the office of the K Licensed Real Estate Agent, sold No. 116 701, Dong-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, J. 1, 201 and planned to acquire ownership, but entered into a lease contract.”

However, in fact, since the Defendant failed to pay the sale price of the above real estate normally, it could not acquire ownership, and there was no intention or ability to implement the lease contract normally since it had already been entered into a lease contract with theO on July 25, 2013.

The Defendant entered into a lease contract with the victim on the same day, and received 21 million won as the down payment.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
