1. Around October 18, 2019, the Defendant (related to AP) transferred KRW 2,60,000,000,000 to the G bank account (AP) in the name of the said Party to the G bank account designated by the said Party, in order to re-transfer the amount of KRW 2,60,000,000 from the PC located in Suwon, to the said Party’s G bank account (I) around 15:0 on October 18, 2019, using the mobile banking program installed in the said H’s mobile phone, transferred KRW 20,000,000,000, out of the said money to the G bank account in the said Party’s name (AP and AR).
2. On October 21, 2019, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,3320,000,000,000,000 to the account designated by the said E in order to re-transfer from around 13:30,000 to the G bank account (AB) around October 21, 2019 in the vicinity of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from around 13:30,000 to the G bank account (AU, AV, AW, and AX) in the same manner as the above paragraph 1, to the G bank account (AB) around 21, 2019.
3. On October 21, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime (related to AY and AZ) around October 21, 2019: (a) around 15:40 on October 21, 2019, the victim Y transferred from the area near the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the U bank account (V) in the same manner as the above 15:59 million won; (b)
