The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is as follows: (a) the Defendant did not specify the victim in the notice; and (b) the Defendant insultingd the victim in light of the overall context and purport of the notice.

Although the lower court could not be seen, it erred by misapprehending the legal doctrine.

2. As the judgment of the court below properly explained, the Defendant, along with four copies of the victim’s photograph, appears to have insulting the victim by putting a notice on the victim’s expression “Cinology, lux, bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch,” which read the victim’s “a bitch bitch

We do not accept the Defendant’s factual mistake or misapprehension of legal principles.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
