1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff A KRW 18,063,930; and (b) KRW 1,000,000 to the Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them from October 1, 2012.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Fact 1) On January 28, 2012, Plaintiff A is the Plaintiff’s train with the Seoul subway 4-line 4 (hereinafter “instant train”).
A) At around 13:49 on the same day, a vehicle was towed to the entrance door opened by a part of the bags, which was parked in the platform of the Yacheon-si Yacheon-si Yacheon-si Yacheon-si, and was charged with the injury, such as the right-side open frame and the sloping damage, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “instant accident”).
2) The instant trains are operated by Defendant Matro, and Overcheon Station is owned and managed by Defendant Korea Railroad Corporation.
3) The Deputy Director of the train in this case confirms the completion of passengers' getting on and off the entrance after confirming whether the CCTV monitors and the land installed on the platform in the last partitions of the next KU.S.., the entrance is opened and closed. The 4 cost monitors of approximately 15 persons in the shape of the land owned by the Deputy Director is installed at a place less than 320cm away from the window of the Vice Director-General. 4) The Overcheon Station is in the valley structure of a valley, and it is impossible to observe the image the Plaintiff A’s getting on and off in the land in the vice office of the train in this case. B. The Vice Director of the train in this case responsible for Defendant 1, the Vice Director of the train in this case, when passengers get on and off the train, is obliged to check whether the body, belongings, etc. of the passengers were left on the entrance, and to close the entrance and send departure signals to the engineer.
