Punishment of the crime

No person shall intrude into public toilets, etc. for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire, and take photographs against his/her will of another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame using camera or other similar devices equipped with similar functions.

Nevertheless, the Defendant entered women's toilets to take a studio to view the studio of women.
