Defendant

A is a person who was elected as a C City Council member in the 7th nationwide local election conducted on June 13, 2018, and the defendant B is a volunteer who was elected for the defendant A.

1. No person who enters an advance polling station shall wear or attach any sign related to the election other than marking, as prescribed by the Rules on the Management of Public Officials Election, by an election management member, etc. entering or leaving the polling station at the advance polling station, and except for this, he/she shall not put a mark that may have an effect on the election, such as wearing an armband and chest, at the advance polling station;

Nevertheless, around 06:00 on June 8, 2018, Defendant A entered the 7th nationwide regional election district advance polling station, stating “F constituency A Si Council candidate”, and made a mark that could have an impact on the election.
