Defendant D shall pay to the Plaintiffs each amount of KRW 3,00,000 and each of the said amounts, from August 13, 2014 to November 21, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 28, 2014, the network E (hereinafter “the network”) sought a F Hospital operated by Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant 2 Hospital”) (hereinafter “Defendant 2 Hospital”) from both arms and elbows and pains, heat, and body strings. The medical personnel of Defendant 2 Hospital performed the first operation on July 29, 2014 as “proving active infections, subjective infections, or other chromosomes infections.” After the operation, the medical personnel of Defendant 2 Hospital performed the first operation on August 1, 2014 (hereinafter “the first operation”).
B. On August 6, 2017, the medical personnel at Defendant 2 Hospital conducted a petine test on the Deceased on the suspicion of the possibility of adult ethyl disease. On August 8, 2017, the medical personnel at Defendant 2: (a) discovered a fluorial opinion on the body of the Deceased on the body of the new wall, discovered a fluoral fluor, and transferred the fluoric value to C Hospital operated by Defendant 3,790.7mg/mLom (hereinafter “Defendant 1 Hospital”).
C. The medical professionals at Defendant 1 Hospital: (a) suspected of having been suspected of adult ethyl disease; (b) prescribed a chlodism control and stephoids to the Deceased; (c) on August 12, 2017, the cerebral typhism occurred to the Deceased; and (d) transferred the Deceased to the patient room; and (b) performed a malphism inserted in the engine around 09:20; (c) on August 13, 2017, the Deceased died due to brain damage caused by cerebral typhical conditions and malphal typhism, without recovering consciousness.
The plaintiffs are parents of the deceased.
E.
