1. The Defendant: 30,000,000 won to Plaintiff A and 5% per annum from February 4, 2009 to April 19, 2012; and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. The party status Plaintiff A was performed by the F Hospital established and operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); the Plaintiff’s husband, Plaintiff C, and D are the Plaintiff’s children.

B. The process of the operation and its progress 1) On December 16, 2008 and December 18, 2008, when the Plaintiff was working as a nurse for the outside of the Defendant hospital’s hospital, the Plaintiff complained of the knife symptoms on the part of December 16, 2008 and the rehabilitation department of the Defendant hospital. (2) The Plaintiff was under diagnosis from the outside of the Defendant hospital’s hospital to G with respect to the knife symptoms. (3) The Plaintiff was under diagnosis from G on January 24, 2009, and was under diagnosis from the outside of the Defendant hospital’s hospital, and was under diagnosis that the knife Enife Sydrome.

[However, according to the result of the examination of the medical record with respect to the department outside the Glnar Tunel Syndrome of this court, the "Ulnel Syndrome" stated in the medical record is deemed to be a clerical error by mistake in accordance with the result of the examination of the medical record with respect to the department outside the Glnnnon University Gangseonam Hospital, and in fact, it appears that the medical record of the plaintiff A was diagnosed by the competent Enital Tunel Syndrome and performed an operation for the treatment; hereinafter the plaintiff A's diagnosis name of the plaintiff A was corrected to the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the first operation'

) After being discharged on February 8, 2009, however, appealing for the reduction of fingers and senses, and re-hospitalized on February 26, 2009 and on February 27, 2009 (hereinafter “the second surgery”).

(4) Plaintiff A complained of the knife and pain after the second operation, and continued hospitalized treatment at Defendant Hospital. On April 3, 2009, Plaintiff A was hospitalized under the diagnosis, such as the Complex Mademare Syrome, etc., by transferring Plaintiff A to A University Hospital on April 3, 2009. Plaintiff A also complained of symptoms, such as a pain of the part below hand, including fingers, and fluority of the part below hand, including fingers.
