1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 24, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant as beneficiary and insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. After the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, the Defendant received hospitalization from August 9, 2010 to August 11, 2016 as indicated below. The Defendant received insurance proceeds of KRW 43,374,624, a sum of the insurance contracts of this case from the Plaintiff.
