A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle from around 16:20, driven the Category B car from about 1 km to the front road of the 114-3 Shee-dong office located in the same city, from the 1km section to the front road of the vehicle office located in the same city.
