Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 21, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the support of the Daegu District Court on August 21, 2008, and on June 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for eight months or more due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on June 28, 201, and on April 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million or more for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On May 3, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on May 3, 2016, driven D UA car in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.14% from the 2.9km section to the 1st apartment parking lot located in the 38-17rd city between the permanent residence and the south of May 3, 2016, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven D UA car in the state of alcohol concentration of about 0.14% from the 2.9km section to the 46th apartment parking lot in the same city.
