1. Defendant Asiana Co., Ltd.: (a) paid to the Plaintiff KRW 72,596,723 and paid to the Plaintiff in KRW 64,118,573.

1. Basic facts
가. 원고는 2008. 3. 1. 이래로 피고 인천국제공항공사(이하 ‘피고1’이라 한다)로부터 인천국제공항 3층 출국장 내 상업시설 일부(이하 ‘원고 임차부분’이라 한다)를 임차해 샤넬매장을 운영해오고 있다.
Defendant Asia A Aeronautical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 2”) operates the first-class town for passengers on the upper floor (fourth floor) of the leased part of the Plaintiff.
B. On November 15, 2014, at around 13:10, the Plaintiff’s leased premises and the fourth floor, where wastewater pipes installed and managed by Defendant 2 were narrowed due to foreign material (maintenance minutes) and flowed into a Tong institution installed and managed by Defendant 2, and was dupliced through a erogate (see the attached drawing).
