Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won at the Jeju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 24, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 06:14% of blood alcohol concentration, started from the vicinity of Jeju Interlock Slock Market to the front road located in Jeju City B, driven D Slick truck from about 2 km to D Slick truck.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
