A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 10:57, driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.214% in a section of about 300 meters, from a section of approximately 300 meters, to a nearby the Gu-U.S.-U.S. 14-ro 19-lane to the Gu-U.S.-U.S.-U. Si road.

Around 10:57 on December 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a car under paragraph (1) of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and (b) led the driving distance prior to the 268 Soraru Raru Radi in the old and American city industry to the right edge of the bus terminal located at the center of the old and American city.

There is a duty of care to prevent accidents with a straighted vehicle by accurately manipulating the traffic situation of the frontline and the steering system as a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with a road that enters the three-lanes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, like the preceding paragraph, had a rhym, red, and walked without properly examining the traffic situation of the front bank in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking such as drinking, etc., and caused injury to the victim by negligence in the course of business entering the intersection through which the victim C is driving on the two-lanes from the surface of the old-U.S. bus terminal from the old-U.S. bus bus hold room to the front side of the motor vehicle driving by the victim C while driving on the two-lanes of the old-U.S. bus terminal.
