A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at around 00:05, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.118% in a section of about 300 meters from the 300-meter radius to the front road of the Gu-U.S. comprehensive bus terminal located in the same Dong-si, Nowon-si.
