1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won;

On March 1, 2015, at around 00:23, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle from around 50km to around 974-6, Gui-si, Gui-si, where the trade name in the city of permitted is unknown, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.12% of alcohol level.
