All appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The sentencing of the court below (the sentencing of the defendant A: 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment; 3 years of suspended sentence; 4 years of suspended sentence) is too unfunied and unfair.

2. In light of the fact that the Defendants (i.e., the Defendants) were released from the Defendants to engage in commercial sex acts more than twice, and (ii) the commission of commercial sex acts is highly liable for the commission of commercial sex acts, and the Defendants (i.e., the principal responsibility for the instant crime at the time of the investigation) took the responsibility for the commission of the instant crime to the other party and (ii) took the responsibility for the commission of the Defendants.

However, in full view of all the circumstances such as the Defendants’ age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, the lower court’s sentence is too unreasonable, and it is not determined that the Defendants are too unreasonable, considering the following circumstances: (a) the Defendants are still trying to be punished after the lower court’s judgment; (b) the considerable part of money once due to commercial sex acts is used for living expenses required for community life; (c) the Defendants are not used as means of assault and intimidation; (d) the Defendants have no criminal conviction or more; (e) Defendant A has to support their families through their body of disability; and (e) the mother is a disabled person suffering from mental division; and (e) Defendant B does not want to be punished; and (e) the Defendants’ age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime; and (e) all other circumstances following the crime.

Therefore, the Prosecutor’s argument against the Defendants is rejected in entirety.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor’s appeal against the Defendants is without merit, and all of the appeals are dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
