Criminal facts

No teacher or local public official of a national or public school who is a State public official may join any political party or other political organization, and support any specific political party or political organization with money or material for political purposes, regardless of the pretext thereof.

In addition, anyone is prohibited from contributing political funds in a way that is not provided for in the Political Funds Act, and from contributing political funds directly to a political party including the form in which a political party's supporters' association is abolished from March 13, 2006.

On or before December 31, 2003, the Defendant applied for “Automatic Payment through Cmp Transfer” to the BP Party, and around July 26, 2006, the Defendant transferred KRW 10,000 from the Defendant’s national bank account to the Defendant’s national bank account located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the Defendant’s national bank account located in the Seoul Metropolitan Government, for support payments, from around 27 times to September 25, 2008, a total of KRW 270,000,000, as shown in the attached List of Crimes (1. A) to support payments.
