No teacher of a national or public school who is a State public official shall support any specific political party or political organization with money or material for political purposes, whatever the pretext it is.

In addition, anyone is prohibited from contributing political funds in a way that is not provided for in the Political Funds Act, and from contributing any support fund to any political party including the form in which a political party's supporters' association is abolished from March 13, 2006.

1. [Attachment 2011 Senior 356] Defendant A was appointed as a teacher of a national or public school who is a national public official on September 1, 2000 and is currently in office as a teacher of a B Q elementary school. A

On or before October 13, 2004, the Defendant applied for “Automatic Payment through Cmp Transfer” to BR Party (Cmp. BS), and around August 31, 2006, the Defendant transferred 10,000 won from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account via Cmp Transfer via Cmp Transfer via Cmp Transfer via Cmp Transfer via the Korea Financial Settlement Agency located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the National Bank Credit Business Department (BR), for support payments, from around August 25, 2008, from that time to August 25, 2008, the Defendant transferred 28 times in total as indicated in the attached List of Crimes (1. A) to the Defendant as support payments.

On or before March 3, 2003, the Defendant applied for “Automatic Payment through Cmp Transfer” to BR, and then, applied for Cms as a medium of payment via the Gangnam-gu Seoul Tmpridong Financial Settlement Board around July 26, 2006.
