1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall be liable for each of the lands listed in [Attachment 1 List 2 through 5].
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The pertinent plaintiff of the parties is a clan of the 12th 12th son of Joseon Shipbuilding D, which consists of descendants, and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Co., Ltd.") established by the clan G of the plaintiff clan and was in office as a director or representative director, and Defendant Incorporated Foundation C (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Foundation") is a foundation established by G for the purpose of conducting research on loyalty and Cheongri Mental Culture.

The relationship of rights shall not be distinguished before and after the division for convenience.
On December 8, 1989, the registration of partial transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the defendant company with respect to the share of 4258/25275 out of the land listed in [Attachment 1] List 2 to 5 on December 8, 1989. On December 19 of the same year, with respect to each share of 2919.03/25275 out of the above land, the provisional registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the defendant company on December 18, 1989 (hereinafter "each provisional registration of this case"). On July 27, 1990, the ownership transfer registration was completed for the reason of division of common property.
3 The registration of ownership transfer for shares in the L, M, N, and 100/1984 shares was completed in April 19, 1991 with respect to the land listed in Annex 4 in Annex 1 List.
