Reasons
Basic Facts
On April 5, 1974, the deceased on April 5, 1974 while the deceased acquired each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "each land of this case") from the deceased J, and the household level of the deceased I is generally as follows:

1. He completed the registration of initial ownership relating to the recorded real estate (hereinafter referred to as “instant land No. 1”).
Under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership Transfer of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), with respect to 1/2 of the instant land, Defendant D’s ownership transfer registration for the remainder of 1/2 shares was completed for each of the following reasons: No. 7821, Mar. 20, 1995, No. 7821, May 5, 1983, for each of the above registrations of ownership transfer completed in Defendant D and Q. (hereinafter “the instant first ownership transfer registration”).
Since then, under the Daegu District Court Decision 31320 as of October 4, 2012, as to the 1/2 shares out of the land in this case, the registration of ownership transfer was made on September 22, 2012 due to the inheritance by consultation division as to the 1/2 shares in this case, Defendant E again completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the sale on October 4, 2012 (hereinafter “instant 1-1 ownership transfer”) on October 2, 2012 as to the 1/2 shares in this case, and Defendant E again completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the sale on October 2, 2012 (hereinafter “instant 1-1 ownership transfer”).
