1. Basic facts

A. During the process of concluding the contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, the Plaintiff received the order of products equivalent to KRW 95,200,000 (value added tax separate) and the Defendant’s business registration certificate, by e-mail, with a contact that the Defendant wants to purchase solar energy-related sun-ray and the Defendant consulted on whether to purchase the Defendant’s vice president E., and on August 3, 2018, the Plaintiff received the order of products and the Defendant’s business registration certificate, including the sum of KRW 95,200,00 (G 360-wp) and KRW 500 (50-wp) to enter the place of solar construction located in the Gosung-gun, Gangwon-do, as well as KRW 50,00 (value added tax separately) from the Defendant, and the date on which the order was issued and the date on which the order was issued and August 16, 2018 were respectively designated as the Defendant’s vice president, and the Plaintiff entered the order of KRW 3080,280.1.

(C) On August 8, 2018, the Plaintiff received an additional order for goods equivalent to KRW 31,680,000 (excluding value-added tax), by e-mail, on which the Plaintiff’s seal imprint affixed, and the Defendant sent the instant contract with the seal imprint affixed thereon to the Plaintiff by mail. (3) On August 8, 2018, the Plaintiff received an additional order for goods equivalent to KRW 31,680,00 (excluding value-added tax). The applicant of the above order was designated as D, on the spot, as H, the I, the On-site director, the date of the order, and the date of entry as of August 8, 2018, respectively, as of August 13, 2018 and as of August 13, 2018.
