1. On May 17, 2018, the Defendant applied for each permission for development activities (construction of structures and alteration of form and quality) to the Plaintiffs.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On February 2, 2018, Plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, and F filed an application with the Defendant for permission to engage in development activities (construction of structures, form and quality of land) with respect to the land for solar power generation projects with respect to the total of 1,255 square meters among 18,347 square meters of land and 1,257 square meters of land and 46,466 square meters of AD forest and 46,732 square meters, and the Defendant filed an application for permission to engage in development activities (construction of structures, form and quality of land) with respect to the installation of solar storms and facilities related thereto. (2) On February 2, 2018, Plaintiff G, H, I, J, K, and L filed an application with the Defendant for permission to engage in development activities (construction of structures, form and quality of land) with respect to the total of 4,050 square meters of land and 18,347 square meters of land and 466,466, A.21,298 square meters of forest and solar facilities.

3) On February 2, 2018, Plaintiff M, Inc., N,O, and P created a site for solar power generation projects and applied for permission for development activities (construction of structures and alteration of form and quality of land) with respect to the aggregate of 2,715 square meters among 18,347 square meters among 18,347 square meters of AC Forest, AD Forest, AD Forest, 46,466 square meters, AE Forest, AE Forest, 12,298 square meters, AE Forest, and 2,715 square meters, and 5,388 square meters. On February 2, 2018, Plaintiff Q Co., Ltd. (4) filed an application for permission for development activities (construction of structures and installation of facilities) with respect to the same aggregate of 5,980 square meters among 18,466 square meters of AD forest and forest, AF Forest and forest, AF forest and forest, AF forest and forest, and land installation of solar facilities.

5) On February 2, 2018, Plaintiff R, S, T, U,V, and W filed an application for permission for development activities (construction of structures, form of form and quality of land) with respect to 5,745 square meters among 18,347 square meters of AC forests and fields, AH 10,017 square meters among 12,017 square meters of AE forests and fields, and 978 square meters among 12,298 square meters of AE forests and fields, and for permission for development activities (construction of structures, form and quality of land) with respect to 8,83 square meters among 12,298 square meters of solar forests and fields, and for permission for development activities (construction of structures, form and quality of land) with respect to 8,83 square meters of solar m2, 2018.
