1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The plaintiff's ground for claim

A. The Plaintiff provided the original body to the Defendant, and requested salt color, and the Defendant provided salt to the original body received from the Plaintiff and supplied it to the Plaintiff’s customer upon the Plaintiff’s request.

B. However, the Plaintiff suffered damages equivalent to KRW 67,447,020 due to defective defects in the salt color base supplied by the Defendant.

C. Since the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay the processing fees is equivalent to KRW 22 million, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder calculated by subtracting the amount of the above processing fees from the amount of damages suffered by the Plaintiff and the delay damages therefrom.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion is not acceptable, inasmuch as it is difficult to acknowledge any defect alleged by the Plaintiff solely by the descriptions of evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, and 2-1 through 18 of the evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, and 2-18

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
