If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a holder of a passenger car B new franchise XG.

No vehicle that has not bought mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, around 16:03 on October 17, 2014, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the front side of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu.

2. The Defendant is a holder of a DNA options car.

No vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around November 22, 2010, the Defendant operated the said vehicle without mandatory insurance, such as the entry in the list of crimes in the attached Table, on November 22, 2010, around 09:39.
