A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 19, 2014 to November 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) installed a simple guest room of about 60 square meters on the fifth floor of the building B in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and employed female employees, and had them receive 140,000 won as compensation for sexual traffic from many unspecified male descendants and have them sexual intercourse with female employees.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. From September 19, 2014 to November 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the School Health Act operated the “C” to arrange sexual traffic, as described in paragraph (1), at the above “C”, which is a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone located within 100 meters from the “E kindergarten” located in D at Yangyang-si, Nam-si.

Accordingly, the defendant committed acts or facilities prohibited in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.
