The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On December 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 20:20 on the front side of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) 1:20 on the front side of the Defendant, the Defendant driven in the same direction as the victim pursuant to the opposite direction set by the victim C (the age of 24) driving along the opposite direction that the victim driven in the same direction as the victim; and (c) 1:0 on the ground that the victim gets in the future, the victim kidscing and resisted the direction; (d) 2:0 on the part of the victim, 200, 2000, 3:00 and 3:00; and (d) 2:00, the Defendant 3:00 of the facts charged, 3:00 on the part of the victim, 200, 200

2. Determination - The crime of non-prosecution of intention: Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act - The victim expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant after the prosecution of this case.
