Punishment of the crime

Around 10:45 on May 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) driven a C Tbluri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) changed the course to a three-lane without securing the safety distance; (c) made the victim D (37 years of age) driving a vehicle according to the three-lane rings, the Defendant driven the vehicle by changing the two-lanes into the two-lanes so that the victim's front part of the vehicle of the victim driving the vehicle in the future of the victim's vehicle driving along the two-lanes in order to avoid the collision with the Defendant, and made the victim drive the vehicle in the vicinity of the victim's vehicle driving the vehicle by changing the one-lane to the one-lane-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si.
