A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

1. On April 2015, the Defendant illegally used air defense, at the residence of the Defendant located in Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-si, Sanyang-si, found the front and rear number plate of the D motor bicycle owned C for the purpose of exercising, and attach it to the front and rear of the registered CT100 motor bicycle owned by the Defendant, and then on the attachment of the number plate.

Accordingly, the defendant used air router number plates unlawfully for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. At around 11:00 on April 12, 2019, the Defendant used an unregistered CT100 motor bicycle owned by the Defendant with a license plate attached, such as that set forth in paragraph (1), in front of Mayang-gu B at Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, B, for unlawful use.

3. On July 19, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act without obtaining a driver’s license, the Defendant driven an automobile-free CT100 cubic centimeters, which was not covered by a mandatory insurance of 100 meters from the front of the Mayang-si B in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front of the Fmate in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si.
