Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 25, 2011, the Defendant drafted a written complaint with the aim of having D obtain criminal punishment, and having D obtain criminal punishment. The written complaint contains the following: “A, the Defendant, at the early November 2007, did not have any perjury for the purpose of having A obtain criminal punishment against the Defendant, for the first time, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant, who was the Defendant, moved into the Republic of Korea on November 10, 2002, even though he/she testified that C205 Dong 801, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, 2002 moved into the Republic of Korea on October 10, 2002; and (b) the Defendant testified to the effect that he/she was aware of the occupancy on October 10, 2002 and proved the above evidence with the same content as the trial ruling on October 19, 2007.”

However, the fact was that the defendant moved into the above C apartment on October 10, 2002, not on October 10, 2002 but on November 10, 2002.

Nevertheless, as Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu on October 28, 201, the Defendant submitted a false complaint to the public official in charge at the 174 Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Western District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office, and submitted the above false complaint to D.
