그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2012. 5. 21.경부터 2012. 9. 1.경까지 부산 부산진구 D 소재 피고인이 운영하는 가게(상호 : E)에서 영국 ‘버버리 리미티드’사, 룩셈부르크 ‘프라다 에스.에이.’사, 이탈리아 ‘휀디 아델레 에스.알.엘.’사, ‘구치오구치쏘시에떼퍼아찌오니’사, 프랑스 ‘루이비똥 말레띠에’사, ‘샤넬’사가 각각 대한민국 특허청에 가방 등을 지점상품으로 상표등록한 ‘버버리(BURBERRY, 등록번호 제0422162호)’, ‘프라다(PRADA, 등록번호 제0437648호)’, ‘루이비똥(LOUIS VUITTON, 등록번호 제0059471호)’, ‘펜디(FENDI, 등록번호 제0527728호)’, ‘구치(GUCCI, 등록번호 제0648019호)’, ‘샤넬(CHANEL, 등록번호 제0071324호)’과 동일ㆍ유사한 상표가 부착된 가방 168점, 지갑 1점(합계 정품시가 약 270,676,000원)을 별지 범죄일람표(1) 기재와 같이 B에게 판매하고, 2012. 8. 31.경 위 가게에서 위 ‘루이비똥(LOUIS VUITTON, 등록번호 제0059471호)’, ‘구치(GUCCI, 등록번호 제0648019호)’ 및 이탈리아 ‘에트로 에스.피.에이.’사가 대한민국 특허청에 가방 등을 지정상품으로 상표등록한 ‘에트로(ETRO, 등록번호 제0232605호)’와 동일ㆍ유사한 상표가 부착된 가방 21점(정품시가 약 21,310,000원)을 별지 범죄일람표(2) 기재와 같이 F에게 판매하고, 2012. 9. 4.경 위 가게에서 ‘버버리(BURBERRY, 등록번호 제0422162호)’, ‘프라다(PRADA, 등록번호 제0437648호)’, ‘루이비똥(LOUIS VUITTON, 등록번호 제0059471호)’, ‘구치(GUCCI, 등록번호 제0648019호)’,...
