계속해서 피고인 A은 위 싼타페 승용차의 운전석으로 다가가 유리창을 두드리며 피해자 F에게 "차에서 내려라, 안 내리면 뒤진다!"라고 말하고, 피고인 B은 위 아반떼 승용차 트렁크에서 위험한 물건인 잭핸들(길이 약 30cm)을 꺼내어 들고 싼타페 승용차로 다가와 피해자들에게 "야! 너희들 내려! 학교에 다니고 싶지 않냐 찾아 가겠다!"라고 말하여 피해자들을 위협하였다.

2.
