A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

3. A person who intends to engage in brokerage business for violating the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office.

Nevertheless, the defendant has not registered the establishment of a brokerage office, and he was parked in front of the H Model Hadle on July 17, 2017.
